GigaSports X Run for Challenge 10th Anniversary Race 2025
Event Postponement Notice
We are deeply saddened by the tragic fire incident at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po. After careful consideration, we have decided to postpone the "GigaSports X Run for Challenge 10th Anniversary Race 2025," originally scheduled for December 14, 2025, to March 15, 2026 (Sunday). This decision was made to allow various parties to focus on relief efforts and ensure that resources are optimally utilized to assist affected residents.
We understand that many runners have dedicated significant time to prepare for this event, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For details regarding the postponement and related arrangements, please stay tuned to the official event website and our social media platforms, as we will announce updates as soon as possible. Participants who have received the race pack collection email are kindly reminded to collect their race packs at GigaSports Cityplaza store on December 5 to 7, 2025, as originally scheduled.
At this time, we extend our deepest condolences and sympathy to all the injured, the deceased, the brave firefighter who lost his life, and their families, as well as the affected citizens. We also pay tribute to the emergency rescue personnel who selflessly served during the fire.
